Stage 1: Car Registration –

Digital Vehicle Intake

The workflow begins when a vehicle arrives at the garage.

Motura captures all essential customer and vehicle details at the point of reception. If the customer has visited before, their profile and vehicle information are automatically retrieved, saving time and ensuring data consistency.

Stage 2: Car Inspection – Detailed Technical Assessment

Once the customer approves inspection, the vehicle moves to the inspection stage.

Here, supervisors and technicians perform a detailed technical inspection based on the customer’s complaints and general vehicle condition. Motura allows findings to be documented clearly and visually, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
